Summary

  • The site publishes reviews, rankings, and comparisons of third-party undress apps; it is not an app, a generator, or an upload service.

  • Funding comes from affiliate commissions on 6 of the 15 reviewed tools; commissions never change a score or a rank.
  • The project has no affiliation with any look-alike website or app that uses a similar name.
  • Corrections go to editorial@clothoff.ai and are acknowledged within 5 business days.
  • Consent first: only your own photos or photos of consenting adults (18+); see Responsible AI.

Who Is Behind Clothoff AI?

Clothoff AI is an independent editorial project. It is not a registered company and has no corporate parent. Editorial responsibility: the Clothoff AI Editorial Team, which signs every page as an organization; no personal author profiles are published, and no person is named as a spokesperson.

The team's work is limited to reading, testing, measuring, and writing. Nobody on the team builds, hosts, or resells an undress tool, and the project holds no stake in any reviewed service. The rules that keep it that way are written down in the Editorial policy.

What Do We Test, and Why?

The catalog covers 15 undress-AI tools that appear in US search results for undress and clothes-removal queries: 6 with partner programs and 9 without. Each tool goes through the same protocol: the same fixed set of consented control images, timed runs, a dated pricing snapshot, and a reading of its privacy, retention, and removal terms. Results are published as an editor score on a 0–10 scale with a dated Editorial Test Note.

The reason is practical. These services handle intimate imagery, and their privacy terms, retention windows, and removal routes differ far more than their marketing suggests. Privacy therefore carries the largest weight (30 of 100 points) in the rating method, ahead of output quality, price, speed, and support.

Rankings live on Undress AI rankings; category guides cover AI nude generators and clothes-removal apps; every scored tool has a review under All reviews. Tools that fail the consent or minors checks are delisted rather than scored.

How Is the Project Funded?

This site is funded by affiliate commissions from some of the tools we review. When a reader follows a labeled sponsored link and later pays for a subscription, the vendor pays a commission; the reader pays nothing extra. Six reviewed tools currently have partner programs; the other 9 are reviewed with the same protocol and appear in the same rankings.

Commissions never change a score, a rank, or a verdict, and no vendor sees a review before publication. Disclosures follow the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), which define a clear and conspicuous disclosure in §255.0(f) and require a material connection to be stated where readers will notice it:

“When there exists a connection between the endorser and the seller of the advertised product that might materially affect the weight or credibility of the endorsement, and that connection is not reasonably expected by the audience, such connection must be disclosed clearly and conspicuously.”

— 16 CFR §255.5, Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising, accessed September 3, 2026, law.cornell.edu

The complete list of partner programs, the redirect and labeling rules, and the placement of disclosures on each page are documented in the Affiliate disclosure.

Only use photos of yourself or of adults (18+) who have given explicit consent. Creating or sharing intimate images of a real person without consent is a federal crime under the TAKE IT DOWN Act. See our Responsible AI policy.

The same rule applies to the editorial team. Test runs use a fixed set of the team's own control photos of consenting adults and synthetic images; no photo of a third party is ever uploaded to a reviewed tool. Sample imagery shown on review pages is AI-generated output from a reviewed tool and is labeled as such under the AI content policy.

The TAKE IT DOWN Act (Public Law 119-12, signed May 19, 2025) obliges covered platforms to remove reported non-consensual intimate imagery within 48 hours; the FTC has enforced that duty since May 19, 2026 (FTC guidance). This site hosts no user imagery, but it applies the same 48-hour response target to reports sent through Report NCII, and it delists any reviewed tool that lacks a working removal route.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Clothoff AI a company?

No. Clothoff AI is an independent editorial project without a registered legal entity or corporate parent. Editorial responsibility rests with the editorial team, which signs every page as an organization. Legal, privacy, and takedown notices are accepted by email at the role addresses listed on the Contact page.

Does Clothoff AI have an app or a generator?

No. The site is a publisher: it reviews and compares third-party undress apps and does not create, process, or store images. There is no upload form, APK, bot, or generator on any page. Every test is run on the reviewed provider's own website with the editorial team's control photos.

Is the project connected to other sites that use a similar name?

No. Several third-party websites and apps imitate the name with different spellings or domain endings. The editorial team is not affiliated with any of them, does not endorse them, and does not link to them. The English-language edition of this project is published only on this website.

How is the project funded?

The project is funded by affiliate commissions from 6 of the 15 reviewed tools. Sponsored links are labeled and routed through a redirect, and commissions never change a score or a rank. The full list of partner programs and the placement of disclosures is on the Affiliate disclosure page.

Who writes and checks the reviews?

The editorial team writes every review and signs it as an organization; no personal author profiles are published. Drafting may involve AI assistance, but every fact, measurement, and score is verified by an editor before publication, as described in the Editorial policy.

How do I request a correction?

Email editorial@clothoff.ai with the page URL, the statement in question, and a source. The team acknowledges within 5 business days and publishes a dated correction note on the page if the claim is confirmed. Reports of non-consensual imagery go to ncii@clothoff.ai and receive a 48-hour response target.
