The reviews, comparisons, guides, and legal explainers on this website are journalism and consumer information. They are written by the Clothoff AI Editorial Team for a general adult audience in the United States and are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or security advice. Laws on synthetic intimate imagery differ by state and change quickly; a page that summarizes a statute is a starting point for your own research or a conversation with a licensed attorney, not a substitute for either.

Nothing on this site creates an attorney–client, adviser–client, or any other professional relationship. If you face a legal problem involving an intimate image, the resources in Responsible AI Principles and the NCII report page point to organizations that can help.

2. Reviews reflect testing at a stated date

Each review and ranking carries a test date and an "Updated" date. Scores follow the weighted method in how we rate: privacy 30, quality 25, price 20, speed 15, support 10, out of 100 points. They describe what the editorial team observed on the provider's own website during that test with editorial control material.

Third-party services change their models, prices, free tiers, terms, payment methods, and availability without notifying us. A tool that scored well on the test date may later remove a safeguard, raise prices, or go offline. We re-test on a schedule and when readers report changes, but at any moment some pages will lag reality. Where a page states a price, treat it as the price seen on the stated date, not a current offer.

3. No guarantee and limitation of responsibility

We make no warranty, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on this site, or about the quality, safety, legality, or data handling of any reviewed tool. Clothoff AI is a review platform. There is no Clothoff app, APK, bot, or image generator published by this site, and no page here accepts, processes, or stores photographs. Other websites, messenger bots, and apps use the same or a similar name, sometimes with a different top-level domain or a hyphen. We have no relationship with any of them, do not endorse them, do not review them under the shared name, and do not receive traffic, data, or payments from them.

If a service using the name asks for your photo, payment, or personal data, the request comes from that service alone. Reports about such sites can be sent through Report a problem so that we can add a warning where appropriate. Product names and trademarks of reviewed providers are used only to identify the tools being reviewed; no affiliation or sponsorship is implied.

6. Synthetic imagery note

All sample images and video loops on this site are AI-generated by the reviewed third-party tools from synthetic or consented sources. They depict no real person. Each asset is labeled with a visible caption "AI-generated image (EU AI Act Art. 50 label)" and descriptive alt text, following the transparency wording of Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, which applies from August 2, 2026 (EUR-Lex, accessed September 3, 2026). Any resemblance to an actual person is unintended; the removal route is in the AI Content Policy.

7. Adults only and lawful use

This site reviews adult-oriented tools and is intended for visitors aged 18 or older; an age confirmation appears on entry, and some states require additional age verification for adult content, as summarized in state age-verification laws. The reviewed tools may be used lawfully only on your own photos or on photos of consenting adults. Creating or publishing intimate images of a real person without consent is a federal crime under the TAKE IT DOWN Act (Public Law 119-12) and is prohibited by many state laws (S.146, Congress.gov; codified at 47 U.S.C. §223(h), both accessed September 3, 2026). Our acceptable use policy forbids using this site to plan or request such images.
