Report Content or Abuse
One entry point for every problem with this site: impersonation, fraud, trademark misuse, factual errors, and anything else that does not fit the dedicated NCII and copyright procedures. Every report gets a case number within 2 business days.
General information about a reporting process, not legal advice. Non-consensual intimate imagery has its own page: Report NCII.
Summary
- Pick the right channel: intimate images → Report NCII (48-hour target); copyright → DMCA; anyone under 18 → NCMEC CyberTipline; everything else → this page.
- Categories handled here: impersonation of this site, fraud or scams using our name, trademark or brand misuse, factual errors in a review, broken or misleading links, accessibility barriers, other.
- Service levels: case number within 2 business days; decision or status update within 10 business days; urgent safety issues are triaged the same day.
- How: the form below or abuse@clothoff.ai. No attachments are needed; links and a short description are enough.
- What we do not do: we cannot delete content from third-party services, refund payments made to reviewed apps, or give legal advice — but we do update or delist a review when a provider generates substantiated complaints.
- Outcome: aggregate report counts appear in the Transparency Report; individual replies go to the email you provide.

2. Impersonation, fraud, and brand misuse
Clothoff AI is an editorial review catalog. There is no Clothoff app, APK, browser extension, Telegram bot, or paid “premium” version, and we never ask readers for payment, login credentials, or photos. Anything of that kind that uses the name is not ours. Look-alike domains and fake social accounts exist; we do not list them here to avoid giving them visibility, but we do want to hear about them.
When you report impersonation, include the address of the fake site or account, a screenshot if you have one, and any payment details you were asked for. If money changed hands, file with the FTC and, for online fraud, the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center as well; we cannot recover funds. Reports about a reviewed provider’s own billing practices feed into the privacy and support criteria described in How we rate.
3. What to include
- Category from the table above.
- Location: the exact URL on this website, or the address of the third-party site, app, or account.
- Description: what is wrong, in a few sentences. For factual errors, cite the source that contradicts the review.
- Your contact email, so the case number and outcome reach you. Anonymous reports are read, but cannot receive a reply.
- Role (optional): affected person, rights holder, provider staff, reader.
Please do not attach images of people. For intimate images use Report NCII; for images of minors contact NCMEC directly. Report data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and kept only as long as the case requires.
4. Service levels and outcomes
- Acknowledgment: case number within 2 business days (US Eastern time; weekends and federal holidays excluded).
- Decision: within 10 business days for most categories; complex trademark or provider disputes may take longer, in which case we send a status note before day 10.
- Same-day triage: reports that indicate a safety risk, a minor, or an intimate image are moved to the NCII or NCMEC route immediately.
- Possible outcomes: correction or update of a review; removal of a sample image or link; delisting of a provider; a public correction note under the Editorial Policy; referral to NCMEC, the FTC, or law enforcement; or a reasoned “no action” reply.
- Appeal: reply to the decision within 30 days, quoting the case number; a second editor reviews the file.
5. Report form
The form prepares an email to abuse@clothoff.ai in your own mail client; nothing is stored on this site. If no mail client opens, copy the fields into a message with the subject “Report”.

Reporting Explained
Someone sold me a “Clothoff app”. Can you refund me?
No. There is no Clothoff app, and we never take payments, so the seller is unrelated to this site. Report the seller here so we can document the scam, then file with ReportFraud.ftc.gov and, for online fraud, FBI IC3.
How do I report a mistake in a review?
Choose “Factual error” in the form, give the review URL and the source that contradicts it. Corrections follow the Editorial Policy: the page is updated, the change is dated, and material corrections are noted on the page.
Can I report anonymously?
Yes. The email field is optional. Anonymous reports are read and acted on, but we cannot send a case number, ask follow-up questions, or tell you the outcome.
What happens to a reviewed provider that generates many complaints?
Substantiated complaints are recorded in the review’s test notes and affect the privacy and support scores. Repeated or serious issues lead to delisting under the Editorial Policy, regardless of any affiliate relationship.
Do you share my report with anyone?
Only where necessary: with NCMEC for content involving minors, with law enforcement under our published guidelines, or with a provider when you ask us to forward a complaint. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
