1. Figures for the reporting period

Period covered: site launch in its current publisher format through September 3, 2026 (data closed at 23:59 US Eastern Time). Every count below was taken from the intake mailboxes and forms listed in section 3; nothing was sampled or extrapolated.

"Received" counts every message that reached a listed route, including incomplete or invalid ones. "Actioned" counts requests that led to removal, correction, delisting, or a formal refusal. "Median time to action" is measured from receipt to the action, in hours for NCII and in business days for other categories; it stays "n/a" until at least one request has been actioned.

2. How to read a report of zeros

A new site with no user uploads should expect very few requests in its first period, and a count of zero is the honest result rather than a positive achievement. Three points keep the zeros meaningful. First, every route was live for the whole period: the NCII form and ncii@clothoff.ai mailbox, the DMCA agent address, the general report form, and the law-enforcement contact were each tested with an internal message on launch day, and those test messages are excluded from the counts. Second, the routes are linked from the footer of every page, so the absence of reports is not the result of hidden intake. Third, we publish the same table with the same definitions every period, so the first non-zero figure will be comparable with this baseline.

We also record what did not happen: no sample image was removed, no review was delisted or paused, and no tool was refused before review during the period. The consent and age-rule grounds for refusal are set out in Responsible AI Principles.

3. Counting methodology

1. NCII reports. Every submission to the Report NCII form or to ncii@clothoff.ai that alleges a non-consensual or minor-related intimate image on this site or produced with a reviewed tool. Duplicates about the same asset from the same reporter within 7 days count once. Response target: 48 hours, mirroring the platform duty in the TAKE IT DOWN Act (Public Law 119-12, Congress.gov, codified at 47 U.S.C. §223(h), both accessed September 3, 2026), although this site is not a covered platform because it hosts no user content.
2. DMCA notices and counter-notices. Notices sent to the designated agent listed on the DMCA page that identify a copyrighted work and a URL on this domain. Notices that do not meet the elements of 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) are still counted as received and recorded as "invalid" (17 U.S.C. §512, Legal Information Institute, accessed September 3, 2026). Response target: 10 business days.
3. Abuse and problem reports. Submissions to Report a problem or abuse@clothoff.ai about labeling errors, broken affiliate disclosures, factual mistakes, or a reviewed tool's conduct. Response target: 5 business days.
4. Law-enforcement and government requests. Requests for data or removal from a law-enforcement agency, court, or regulator, as described on the law-enforcement page. The site holds no user images or accounts; requests are counted by the number of distinct legal instruments received. Emergency requests are noted separately once any exist.
5. Delisted and refused tools. A delisting is a published review removed or paused because of a report or re-test; a refusal is a tool declined before review on the grounds listed in Responsible AI Principles. Refused tools are counted but not named.
6. Corrections. Factual fixes logged on a page under the editorial policy. Typographic fixes are not counted.

4. Publication cadence and changes to this report

Transparency reports are published every 6 months. Each report is published within 30 days of the period end and stays online permanently at a dated URL; this page always shows the latest report and links to earlier ones. If a category definition changes, both the old and the new definition are printed for one period so that the series remains comparable. Figures are never revised silently: a correction to a published count is listed here with its date.

5. Why a review site publishes a transparency report

Transparency reports are common for hosting platforms, which handle large volumes of user content and legal process. Clothoff AI is a publisher, not a platform: it has no upload form, no accounts, and no stored user images, as described in About us. We publish the report anyway because the tools we review sit in a legally sensitive area, because our sample images are synthetic media that readers may question, and because the 48-hour removal standard we apply to NCII reports should be verifiable rather than merely promised. The figures also let readers compare our stated response targets with actual performance once requests arrive.
