## What does «Summary» govern?

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the Terms of Use . It sets the line between lawful use of the third-party tools we review and conduct that harms real people. In short: Use any reviewed tool only with photos of yourself or of adults (18+) who have given explicit consent. Never create, request, or share intimate images of a real person without consent — a federal

crime under the TAKE IT DOWN Act since May 19, 2025. Never create or seek sexual depictions of anyone under 18, real or synthetic. No impersonation, harassment, extortion, or doxxing using generated images. Do not circumvent age or geographic restrictions of this site or of a provider. This website hosts no images; enforcement means warnings, delisting of tools, and referrals

to law enforcement. Report abuse via Report ; victims of non-consensual imagery should use Report NCII .

## What does «1. Scope of this policy» govern?

The AUP applies to every reader of this website and to any use of information found on the site, including editor scores, test notes, provider comparisons, and legal explainers. It also describes the consent standard we apply when deciding whether a tool may remain in the catalog. The site itself is an editorial publisher. It does not offer image generation, has no upload

form, and stores no user images. Consequently, this policy does not regulate an “account” or “service” on our side; it regulates how information from the site is used and how we respond when a reviewed provider or a reader crosses the line described below. You must not use the site, or any tool, technique, or provider described on it, to do any of the following: Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII). Creating, requesting, possessing with intent to share, or publishing a nude or sexually explicit depiction of an identifiable real person without that person’s consent — including a “digital forgery” produced or altered by AI.
