Summary

These Terms of Use govern access to this website, an independent editorial site that reviews and compares third-party AI image tools. Reading the site means accepting these Terms. The short version:

• The site is for adults 18 or older. If that does not describe you, please leave.
• this website is a publisher. It operates no generator, has no upload form, and stores no images.
• Reviews, editor scores, and test notes are editorial opinion published “as is” on a stated test date.
• Some outbound links are sponsored affiliate links; commissions never change a score (Affiliate disclosure).
• Third-party tools are governed by their own terms, not by ours.
• Misuse of any reviewed technology against real people is prohibited (Acceptable Use Policy).

1. Who we are and what this site is

this website (“the site”) is published by the Clothoff AI Editorial Team, an organization acting as an editorial publisher (“the operator of this website”, “we”). The site contains reviews, comparisons, explainers, and legal-information pages about third-party AI image tools that are marketed as undress apps or NSFW image generators.

The site is not one of those tools. It does not generate, edit, process, upload, transmit, or store user images. It offers no user accounts, no image submission form, and no API. Every test described on the site was run by the editorial team on the provider’s own website with the team’s own control photos, as described in How we rate.

By accessing the site you (“the reader”, “you”) accept these Terms of Use, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Adults only (18+)

The site discusses adult-oriented technology and is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old and of legal age in their place of residence. On first visit the site shows a self-declaration age screen; confirming it is a representation that you meet this requirement. The site does not collect identity documents and does not verify age through third-party services. The reasons for that design, and how it relates to state laws after the Supreme Court upheld Texas H.B. 1181 on June 27, 2025, are explained in Age Verification by State.

The site does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a minor has provided data through a contact form, write to privacy@clothoff.ai and the record will be deleted.

3. Editorial content is opinion, provided “as is”

Reviews, rankings, editor scores, comparison tables, and test notes reflect the editorial team’s observations on the test date shown on each page, using the five weighted criteria described in How we rate (privacy 30, quality 25, price 20, speed 15, support 10). They are opinion, not a warranty of any product’s performance, safety, legality, or availability.

Third-party providers change pricing, features, and policies without notice. We retest within 90 days when we learn of a material change, but a page can be out of date at any moment. Verify the current terms on the provider’s official site before paying for anything. Corrections and retest requests go to editorial@clothoff.ai; the process is described in the Editorial policy.

Legal-information pages (for example those on the TAKE IT DOWN Act or state age-verification laws) are general information written by a non-lawyer editorial team. They are not legal advice and do not create any professional relationship. Consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction for advice about your situation.

4. Affiliate links and sponsored content

Some links to reviewed providers are sponsored affiliate links. They are routed through an internal redirect, carry the rel="sponsored" attribute, and are marked in the text. If you open such a link and later sign up or pay, the operator of this website may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

Commissions do not influence editor scores, rankings, or the decision to review or delist a tool. The full policy, including which providers currently have an affiliate relationship, is in the Affiliate disclosure. Non-affiliated providers are named without an outbound link.

5. Third-party tools are governed by their own terms

Any tool, app, or service reviewed on the site belongs to a third party. Your use of a third-party service is governed exclusively by that provider’s own terms of service, privacy policy, refund policy, and age or consent rules. We are not a party to any contract between you and a provider, we do not process payments, and we cannot issue refunds, restore accounts, or delete images stored by a provider.

Review pages record the provider’s stated consent rule and image-removal route as observed on the test date, so you can check them before signing up. If a provider’s conduct appears to violate the consent standards in Responsible AI, we may add a warning or remove the review; we have no other power over the provider.

6. Intellectual property

All editorial content on the site — text, tables, scores, test notes, page structure, and the AI-generated illustrations commissioned for the site — is owned by the operator of this website and protected by United States and international copyright law.

You may quote short excerpts for commentary, criticism, research, or news reporting with a link to the source page. Quotation by AI assistants and search engines with attribution to the source URL is permitted. Systematic copying, republication of whole pages, scraping for the purpose of building a competing catalog, and removal of attribution are prohibited.

Names and logos of reviewed providers belong to their owners and appear only to identify the tool under review. The site is not affiliated with any look-alike website or app that uses a similar name. Copyright complaints follow the notice procedure of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) described in DMCA, which also lists the designated agent contact.

7. Prohibited conduct

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms. In short, you must not use the site, or any information or tool described on it, to create or share intimate images of a real person without that person’s consent, to depict anyone under 18, to impersonate, harass, or extort anyone, or to circumvent the age or geographic rules that apply to you. Federal law (TAKE IT DOWN Act, Public Law 119-12, approved May 19, 2025) and many state laws make such conduct a crime.

You must also not interfere with the site’s operation: no automated bulk downloading beyond what robots.txt permits, no attempts to access non-public areas, no injection of malicious code, and no misuse of the report forms to file knowingly false complaints. Victims of non-consensual imagery can reach us through Report NCII; other abuse goes through Report.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of this website is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on editorial content, your use of a third-party service found through the site, or the unavailability of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for access to the site (zero) or the minimum amount required by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those places the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumers have under mandatory law, including state consumer-protection statutes.

9. Suspension of access

We may suspend or block access from any network, browser, or region when that is necessary to comply with law, to respond to abuse, or to honor a legal request. Regions where the site cannot lawfully be offered may receive an HTTP 451 response instead of content. Because the site has no user accounts, there is nothing to terminate on your side; you can simply stop using it.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the federal law of the United States and, to the extent state law applies, by the law of the state from which the operator of this website administers the site, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers keep any protection given by the mandatory law of their home state or country.

Before starting a formal proceeding, please write to legal@clothoff.ai so we can try to resolve the issue informally within 30 days. If a court finds any clause unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in force. Our failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the site, the law, or our practices change. The “Updated” date at the top of this page is the effective date of the current version; material changes are also listed in the Transparency report. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the revised Terms. The Terms are published in English; the LLM-friendly Markdown version of this page is informational and the HTML version controls.
