1. Which Address Should You Use?
Every address below is a role mailbox read by the editorial team; there are no personal addresses. Choosing the right one is the fastest route to an answer, because each mailbox has its own response target.
| Address | Handles | Response target | Procedure |
|---|---|---|---|
| editorial@clothoff.ai | Corrections, questions about a score or test note, press and research inquiries | Acknowledgment within 5 business days | Editorial policy |
| legal@clothoff.ai | Legal notices, cease-and-desist letters, regulatory correspondence | Acknowledgment within 5 business days | Terms of use |
| privacy@clothoff.ai | Access, deletion, correction, and opt-out requests under CCPA/CPRA and similar laws | Response within 45 calendar days | Data request |
| dmca@clothoff.ai | Copyright notices and counter-notices under 17 U.S.C. §512 | Acknowledgment within 2 business days; decision within 5 business days | DMCA procedure |
| ncii@clothoff.ai | Reports of non-consensual intimate imagery linked or shown on this site | Urgent reports are handled first | Report NCII |
| abuse@clothoff.ai | Other abuse: spam, phishing imitations, misuse of the name, suspected minors in a reviewed tool | Acknowledgment within 2 business days | Report content |
| accessibility@clothoff.ai | Barriers to using the site with assistive technology; WCAG 2.2 AA is the target | Acknowledgment within 10 business days | Accessibility statement |
| lawenforcement@clothoff.ai | Requests from law-enforcement agencies; emergency requests flagged in the subject line | Acknowledgment within 5 business days; emergencies within 24 hours | Law enforcement guide |
2. Where Do Reports and Requests Go?
Four request types have their own pages with forms and required fields. Using them speeds handling because the page asks for everything the team needs in one step.
| Request | Page | Mailbox | Target |
|---|---|---|---|
| Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) | Report NCII | ncii@clothoff.ai | priority handling |
| Other content or abuse report | Report content | abuse@clothoff.ai | 2 business days |
| Copyright notice or counter-notice | DMCA procedure | dmca@clothoff.ai | 2 business days (acknowledgment) |
| Access, deletion, or opt-out of data | Data request | privacy@clothoff.ai | 45 calendar days |
The 48-hour target for NCII reports follows the removal window that the TAKE IT DOWN Act sets for covered platforms, which the FTC has enforced since May 19, 2026:
“TIDA requires covered platforms that receive a valid request to remove the content and known identical copies within 48 hours.”
— Federal Trade Commission, Complying With the Take It Down Act, accessed September 3, 2026, ftc.gov
The 45-day target for privacy requests is the deadline the California Consumer Privacy Act sets for requests to know and delete (California Attorney General); the site applies it to every requester regardless of state.
3. Is There a Postal Address?
No. Clothoff AI is an independent editorial project without a public office, phone line, or registered corporate address, and it accepts legal notices by email at legal@clothoff.ai. A notice sent by email is treated as received on the next business day.
Copyright notices must meet the elements of 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3): identification of the work, the URL of the material, contact details, a good-faith statement, and a signature (law.cornell.edu). The DMCA page lists the elements as a checklist. Law-enforcement requests follow the Law enforcement guide; emergency requests should carry the word “Emergency” in the subject line.
4. Contact Form
This form has no backend. Pressing the button opens your own email client with the message addressed to the mailbox you choose; nothing is stored on this site. If no email client opens, write directly to editorial@clothoff.ai.
Addresses for each topic are listed in section 1. For NCII reports, describe the page and location of the image; do not attach the image itself.
5. What Should a Message Include?
- Corrections: the page URL, the exact statement, and a source (for example, the vendor's current pricing page).
- NCII reports: the URL where the image appears, a description, and, if available, the reviewed tool's own removal route already used; no attachments.
- Copyright notices: the six elements of §512(c)(3), listed on the DMCA page.
- Privacy requests: the right invoked (access, deletion, correction, opt-out) and the email address used with this site, if any; the Data request page has the full list.
- Accessibility: the page URL, the assistive technology used, and what did not work; the target standard is WCAG 2.2 Level AA (W3C).
Requests received are counted by type and quarter in the Transparency report. Who runs the project and how it is funded is explained on the About us page.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which address handles a wrong price or score in a review?
Send the page URL, the statement in question, and a source to editorial@clothoff.ai. The team acknowledges within 5 business days and fixes a confirmed error within 10 business days, adding a dated correction note to the page. Score changes appear only after a new test run under the rating method.
How do I report an intimate image shown without consent?
Use the Report NCII form or email ncii@clothoff.ai with the page URL and a description; do not attach the image itself. NCII reports are handled first, with a 48-hour response target that mirrors the removal window of the TAKE IT DOWN Act. Reports about a reviewed tool are also forwarded to that tool's removal route.
Is there a postal address or phone number?
No. The project is an independent editorial project without a public office, phone line, or registered agent, and it accepts legal notices by email at legal@clothoff.ai. Copyright notices under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) go to dmca@clothoff.ai. Every address on this page is a role mailbox read by the editorial team.
How long does a privacy request take?
Requests to privacy@clothoff.ai or through the Data request page are answered within 45 calendar days, the deadline the California Consumer Privacy Act sets for requests to know and delete. Because the site has no accounts or uploads, most requests concern analytics identifiers or an email exchange with the team.
Does the contact form store my data?
No. The form has no backend: pressing the button opens your own email client with the fields pre-filled, and the message travels only between your mail provider and the role mailbox. Nothing is stored on this site. Email content is kept only as long as needed to handle the request, as the Privacy policy describes.
Can a vendor request changes to its review?
Yes, through editorial@clothoff.ai with the page URL and a verifiable source such as a changed pricing or privacy page. The claim is checked against a fresh fetch or test run; a score changes only after that run, never after a negotiation. Partner status has no bearing on the process, as the Affiliate disclosure states.
