How to Get an Image Removed From Undress Apps
Which of the reviewed tools publish a removal route, which promise a 48-hour response, and what to write when the only option is a generic contact form.
Image removal from undress apps is a two-track process: a notice to the tool that generated or stored the image, and a notice to any platform hosting it. All 15 tools in our catalog have a documented route as of the September 3, 2026 check; two — Ainudez and UndressMe AI — commit to 48 hours. Consent rules are in our Responsible AI policy.
Why does the tool matter, not just the platform?
Platforms remove copies; the tool holds the source. A provider that keeps uploads in an account library or a temporary cache can regenerate the image, and its storage is not covered by a social-network takedown. Since May 19, 2026 the TAKE IT DOWN Act obliges any covered service that hosts user content to run a notice-and-removal process, and the FTC’s May 20, 2026 warning letters went specifically to 12 clothing-removal sites without one. A written notice to the tool is therefore both a practical step and a legal trigger. Our NCII report page lists the details a notice needs.
Which reviewed tools offer a removal route?
The table reflects the provider pages as read during each tool’s test and re-checked on September 3, 2026. “Documented” means the route appears in public terms or a policy page; “stated” means the provider claims it and we could not verify it.
| Tool | Route | 48-hour commitment | Retention claim |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ainudez | Abuse mailbox under a TAKE IT DOWN complaints policy dated May 6, 2026 | Yes, documented | “As long as reasonably necessary”; erasure on request |
| Pornworks | Content-removal form | No deadline stated | No stated period for images |
| Undresswith AI | Support email | No | Images deleted after 24 hours (stated, unverified) |
| Deep Undress | In-account deletion plus contact form | No | Not publicly documented |
| Wavespeed | Account controls; API media expire | No | Generated media expire within 7 days |
| UndressHer | Contact form | No | Files removed after processing (stated, unverified) |
| Dreemy AI | Contact email in the privacy policy; identifiers removed on request | No | No stated period for images |
| OpenArt | Delete from gallery or account; policy violations by email; DMCA agent listed | No | Non-subscribers: unpublished creations deleted after 7 days |
| AILabTools | Support email or ticket; results are not published | No | Files deleted within 24 hours (stated, unverified) |
| Undress.app | Support email; acknowledgement within 24 hours per the terms | No (24-hour acknowledgement only) | “No media is stored” (stated, unverified) |
| MyImg AI | Content-policy contact; review within 7 business days | No | Uploads and outputs deleted within 24 hours (stated, unverified) |
| UndressMe AI | Take-it-down page or email with the subject “TAKE IT DOWN Request” | Yes — removal within 48 hours of a valid request | Uploads and results deleted after 24 hours (stated, unverified) |
| Cling AI | Account deletion in settings or support email; no deadline published | No | No stated period for images |
| Joyfun AI | Support email; no web form, no stated response time | No | 48 hours per the face-swap page; policy says “as long as reasonably necessary” |
| Pixaryai | Email only; terms allow the provider to delete or recall violating content | No | “Temporarily stored for processing”; no period |
Ainudez is the only tool with a policy that names the statute and a clock. Wavespeed’s 7-day expiry is a data-retention rule rather than a complaint route, but it limits how long a source can be re-used. Among the nine reviews published on September 3, 2026, UndressMe AI is the second tool with a 48-hour pledge, through a take-it-down page or a request email; Undress.app promises only a 24-hour acknowledgement and MyImg AI a review within 7 business days. The other six offer an email address or account controls with no deadline, so send the notice, keep the confirmation and escalate if nothing happens.
What should the removal notice say?
A usable notice is short and complete. State that you’re the depicted person or an authorized agent, identify the image with URLs or account identifiers, declare that the depiction is intimate and was created or published without consent, and give a contact address. Ask for three things: deletion of the output, deletion of the source upload, and confirmation in writing. Include the date. Providers with a documented policy answer this format faster because it mirrors what the FTC guidance describes.
Platforms must make it easy for people to submit a removal request … Consider, too, how to give individuals without an account on your platform an easy way to submit a TIDA removal request.
— FTC, Complying With the Take It Down Act, accessed Sep 3, 2026
Do not attach the intimate image itself to a first email; a URL or a hash is enough, and it keeps you from redistributing the content. If the provider asks for identity documents, send a redacted copy showing only name and photo.
What if the tool ignores the request?
Escalate along three lines. First, file the platform notices for every place the image appears and create hashes at StopNCII so copies are blocked; our StopNCII entry has the steps. Second, if the provider is a covered platform and misses 48 hours, submit a complaint through the FTC’s TAKE IT DOWN portal with your confirmation numbers. Third, where the depicted person is a minor, use NCMEC’s Take It Down and the CyberTipline instead of any provider form. Payment processors and app stores also accept abuse reports; in July 2026 San Francisco’s City Attorney ordered Apple and Google to purge clothing-removal apps, which shows that this route is taken seriously.
How can you avoid needing removal at all?
Removal is slower than prevention. Before paying for any tool, check three things that our reviews score under the privacy criterion: whether uploads can be deleted from the account, whether the policy states a retention period, and whether a complaint mailbox exists. Tools without any of the three lose points in our How we rate weighting. Only work with your own photos or those of consenting adults, and keep outputs off shared drives. The pre-payment checklist in red flags in undress apps covers the rest.

Which undress app deletes images fastest after a request?
Among the 15 catalog tools, two publish a 48-hour commitment: Ainudez, in a TAKE IT DOWN complaints policy dated May 6, 2026, and UndressMe AI, through its take-it-down page. Wavespeed expires generated media within 7 days, and MyImg AI, UndressMe AI and AILabTools state 24-hour deletion. The others offer forms or emails without a deadline, so keep your confirmation.
Do I need an account with the tool to request removal?
No. FTC guidance says platforms should give people without an account an easy way to submit a request, and a notice by email or form is valid without registration. Never create an account or buy credits to investigate; screenshots of the public pages and the image URL are all the evidence you need.
Can the tool refuse if I cannot prove the image is of me?
Providers may ask for verification, but a redacted ID showing only name and face, or a comparison photo, is normally sufficient. A refusal after a valid request is exactly what the FTC portal collects. If the provider is outside the US, file the platform notices anyway; hosting services and processors respond even when the tool does not.
Should I also send a DMCA notice?
Only if you own the copyright in the source photo, for example a selfie. A DMCA notice targets copying of your work, not the intimate nature of the image, and it uses a different process under 17 U.S.C. § 512. Our DMCA explainer describes the difference; for most victims the TAKE IT DOWN notice is the faster route.
What does a 24-hour or 7-day auto-deletion claim mean?
It means the provider says inputs or outputs are purged on a timer. Wavespeed documents a 7-day expiry in its data-retention policy; Undresswith AI states 24 hours but we could not verify it. Treat unverified claims as marketing until a policy page confirms them, and still send a written notice.
Where do I report a tool that has no removal process at all?
File a complaint with the FTC through its TAKE IT DOWN portal; lack of a process is itself a violation since May 19, 2026, with civil penalties up to $53,088 each. Report the app to its store and payment processor, and use StopNCII to block copies. Our Report NCII page lists every route.
