UndressHer publishes brief terms and a short data policy. We read both on Sep 3, 2026 and compared them with the Aug 17, 2026 test session and the payment flow we walked through.

How long does UndressHer keep uploaded and generated files?
The provider's wording is reassuring but unverifiable. It says uploads are processed temporarily and removed automatically, and that results stay private to the account. It does not say how many hours or days that takes, and no independent audit is referenced.

We treat the statement as a policy promise, not a verified fact, and marked it unverified in the review. Practical rule: keep your own copies, delete results from the account when done, and assume the file exists until the provider confirms otherwise.
Are payments and the consent terms a risk?
Payments are one-time purchases of tokens — Standard $14.99 for 30, Premium $24.99 for 100, Ultimate $49.99 for 500 — by card through a third-party processor. There is no subscription, so nothing renews, and the daily token means you can test without a card. The homepage lists no prices; they appear only in the account area.
The terms are brief. They require users to be 18+ and prohibit images of minors or of anyone without permission, but the consent duty is contractual — no upload step asks for proof. Our own rule applies regardless: consenting adults 18+ only, as set out in the digital consent explainer and the COPPA term.
What is the legal picture for US readers?
Using the app on your own photos or those of consenting adults is lawful. Publishing an intimate image of a real person without consent is a federal offense under the TAKE IT DOWN Act (Pub. L. 119-12); covered platforms must remove reported images within 48 hours, and the FTC may seek up to $53,088 per violation.
